4 ears corn, husked

2 Tbsp mayonnaise

2 Tbsp sour cream

½ cup Sea Salt Activated NativeTexas Pecans

½ cup Cotija chees , freshly grated

Tajin and salt to taste

1 lime, quartered

Fresh chopped cilantro, optional
Instructions

Add the ears of corn to the grill and grill until tender and slightly charred.

Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream together and spread a thin layer all around the corn.

Sprinkle generously with cotija cheese, activated pecans and then desired amount of tajin, and salt.

Serve garnished with cilantro and with a lime wedge on the side.

Enjoy immediately.
